Unfrosen is a closed platform. Brands and their distributors move stock they need off the books, and verified businesses buy it before it ever reaches an outlet. A lot is how that stock reaches a live seller: one pre-packed batch, one price, one packing list.

What a lot actually is

A pre-packed batch of branded stock at a fixed price per piece. The listing shows the total RRP, the lot price, how many pieces and how many styles, and the packing list breaks that down by brand and size. Condition is new, in original packaging, with tags on.

Selling it on Whatnot and TikTok Shop

Every order ships with a detailed invoice and a certificate of conformity, which is what a platform wants when it asks you to show where branded goods came from. Whatnot and TikTok Shop each set their own seller rules and we cannot approve you for either, but nothing on this platform is grey market.

Yes. Use Make an Offer on the lot's page. Offers go up to 30% below the listed price, and an account manager reviews yours and replies, normally within 24 hours.

Do I get product photos to list with?

Yes. After your order is delivered we send the product images along with the packing list.

How fast can I get stock for a show?

Delivery time depends on your country and which warehouse the goods sit in, and the estimate is shown before you order. If you are working to a date, instant delivery lots ship from our own warehouses rather than a supplier's.

Are the products authentic?

Yes. Everything is sourced from verified brands and arrives with original tags, in its original poly bag or shoe box unless stated otherwise. You get a detailed invoice and a certificate of conformity with every order.

Is there a minimum order?

A lot is priced as a whole and bought as one, so the lot price is the minimum. If you would rather pick single pieces out of a supplier's stock instead, that carries a €500 minimum per supplier. No membership fee, no annual commitment either way.
